Wedding Day Management – $1,850

You’ve made the plans and chosen the details. Now it’s time to enjoy it all! Our Wedding Day Management package, often called wedding day coordination or day-of coordination, is perfect for couples who want an experienced team to bring everything together. We’ll work with you before the wedding to create your timeline, confirm vendor details, and understand how you want the day to feel. On your wedding day, your lead coordinator and assistant will keep things moving and handle the questions that come up so you can be present and celebrate with your favorite people.

What’s Included:

• Initial consultation: Before you book, we’ll get to know you, hear about your wedding plans, and talk through how we can help.
• Two planning meetings: We’ll review your plans together, answer questions, and work through the details so everyone feels prepared.
• Trusted vendor recommendations: Still looking for a few wedding vendors? We’ll share recommendations to help you round out your team.
• Wedding day timeline: We’ll create a detailed timeline with you, covering vendor arrivals, ceremony timing, reception events, and the moments that matter most.
• Final vendor confirmations: We’ll handle final confirmations with your vendors, review arrival times and details, and share the information they need for the day.
• Rehearsal coordination: We’ll organize your ceremony processional and walk everyone through their roles so they know where to go and what to do.
• Personal item setup: We’ll set out your guestbook, card box, welcome sign, favors, seating chart, and other small personal items.
• Ceremony coordination: We’ll get your wedding party lined up, cue the processional, and help keep your ceremony running smoothly.
• Reception management: We’ll coordinate with your vendor team to guide the flow of dinner, announcements, toasts, cake cutting, and special dances.
• Lead & assistant coordinator: You’ll have a lead coordinator and an assistant on-site for up to eight hours to oversee the details and keep things on track.
• Behind-the-scenes problem-solving: If something unexpected comes up during our coverage, we’ll step in and work through it so you don’t have to.
• On-site point of contact: We’ll be the go-to people for your venue, vendors, wedding party, and guests, keeping questions off your plate.
• Wedding day emergency kit: We’ll bring essentials like safety pins, stain remover, and other handy items for those just-in-case moments.

You don’t have to figure it all out on your own! Our Wedding Planning package gives you an experienced team to guide you through the decisions, keep things organized, and bring your plans together. We help couples with everything from choosing vendors that fit their style and budget to creating a wedding day timeline and working through the little details. With regular meetings and support along the way, we’ll help you plan a celebration that feels like you while leaving room to enjoy being engaged.
