Wedding Planning & Coordination packages

Wedding Day Management - $1850

  Often called Day-of-Coordination, this package is perfect for couples who’ve already done the heavy lifting but want a pro to take over when the big day arrives. We’ll handle all the details, coordinating with your venue, vendors, and wedding party to ensure everything runs smoothly. You’ll have two experienced coordinators on site the day of your wedding, so nothing gets missed and everything stays on track. That way, you can relax and enjoy your day with your loved ones, knowing your vision is unfolding exactly how you imagined. 


What’s Included:

 

  • Pre-wedding consultation: Meeting with the couple before the wedding to understand their vision, schedule, and any special requests.
  • Timeline creation: Developing a detailed timeline for the wedding day, including vendor arrival times, ceremony, reception, and other important events.
  • Vendor coordination: Confirming details and arrival times with all vendors, ensuring they have the necessary information.
  • Wedding rehearsal oversight: Leading or assisting with the ceremony rehearsal to ensure everyone knows their roles and positions.
  • Coordination of ceremony: Managing the ceremony flow, including cueing the bridal party, ensuring everyone is in position, and assisting with the processional.
  • Guest management: Assisting with seating arrangements, greeting guests, and ensuring everything runs smoothly throughout the ceremony and reception.
  • Managing the reception: Overseeing the flow of the reception, including announcements, dinner service, toasts, cake cutting, and special dances.
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving: Addressing any unexpected issues or challenges that arise during the event.
  • On-site point of contact: Acting as the main point of contact for the couple, vendors, and guests during the event.
  • Emergency kit: Bringing along a kit with essentials like safety pins, stain remover, headache medicine, and other items that might be needed.

 We’ve got you covered from start to finish—whether it’s finding the perfect venue or picking the song that’ll make your aisle walk unforgettable. We’ll help you with every step: from selecting vendors to designing your table decor. Every wedding is unique, and we're here to make sure yours is a true reflection of your style and vision. On your wedding day, you’ll have two experienced coordinators on site to ensure every detail runs smoothly, so you can soak in every moment without a worry in the world.

  • Vendor communications and contracts: Assisting with the selection of vendors and communications once they are booked by the client.
  • Wedding design and styling: Assisting with the overall design and theme of the wedding, including color schemes, décor ideas, floral arrangements, and styling choices.
  • Timeline creation and coordination: Developing a detailed wedding day timeline, coordinating all events, and ensuring everything runs on schedule.
  • Rehearsal coordination: Overseeing the wedding rehearsal to ensure that the ceremony runs smoothly.
  • On-site coordination team: Being present on the wedding day to oversee all aspects of the event, including vendor arrivals, setup, and the ceremony/reception flow.
  • Crisis management and troubleshooting: Handling any unexpected issues that arise during the planning process or on the wedding day, ensuring a stress-free experience.

Set Up/Break Down

starting at $499

Pricing for setup and strike-down will depend on the amount of decor and personal items you have, how long the setup will take, and the size of the team needed to get it done. We’ll work with you to customize a plan that ensures everything runs smoothly and stress-free on your big day. 

 Our service area encompasses all locations within a 50-mile radius of the zip code 63084. For destinations beyond this radius, a mileage fee of $0.65 per additional mile will be applied to the final amount. Please note that rates may vary for holiday weekends.
